These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bk177 platform and all its services. By using the bk177 website or any related service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate deposit and withdrawal details.

Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. bk177 does not currently support any payment method other than these four.

bk177 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. General bonus rules are listed below:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.
• Wagering requirement: You must place bets 20x the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = completing ৳24,000 in bets makes the bonus winnings withdrawable.
• Each promo offer has its own expiry date and terms, which are published on the offer page.
• Bonuses may apply only to specific games or game categories.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses being cancelled.
• bk177 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

bk177 firmly believes in fair play and responsible gaming. Compliance with the following rules while playing games on the platform is mandatory:

• Using any kind of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in the account being closed and funds being forfeited.
• Colluding with other players in a game to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

• Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.

The bk177 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. VIP benefits apply directly to the account and their terms are subject to change.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk177 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Using another person's account or attempting unauthorized access to any account.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or by, minors.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's systems or security measures.
• Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to gain advantages through multiple accounts.

If such activities are detected, bk177 reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit all balances.

bk177 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe entertainment should be enjoyable and safe. The following points are important to keep in mind:

• Service disruption caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
• Financial losses incurred by the user as a result of gaming.

Our total liability will in no circumstance exceed the user's current account balance.
